*Policies and procedures*

Every office has them, and at Cedarwood we are no different than your doctor or dentist’s office.
Our goal is to give your pet the best quality of care available, this means that sometimes medicines cannot be prescribed or refilled without a blood test and or physical exam.

As medical professionals we need to know what is going on inside your pet to best treat them.

Our staff members spend many hours every year keeping up to date on the best and most recently recommended forms of treatments for your beloved pets.

Many of our policies and procedures are in place because of local and state laws, others are set by agencies such as the American Heartworm Society or the American Veterinary Medical Association.

We are concerned about your pet, your family and others in our local community, if a health risk exists we want to educate you and minimize the risk for your pet and family, and by extension the community as a whole.

If everyone does their part we have a better chance at controlling outbreaks and keeping everybody healthy happy and safe!!

We understand your time is as valuable as is your business and we want to give your pet the cutting edge priority service they and you deserve!
